Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is run by RisingSpark IT (Noam Hershkovitz), based in Jerusalem, Israel ("RisingSpark IT", "we", "us"). You can reach us about privacy at noam@risingsparkit.com.

What we collect

• Booking details: when you book a tech check, the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, work email, company, where your team is and what you need help with.
• Contact form entries: your name, work email, company and message, plus the page and any campaign (UTM) details from the link you arrived on.
• WhatsApp and phone contacts: your number and the messages or call details you share with us.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: only if you accept them in the cookie banner. These help us measure which ads and pages lead to booked calls.

The tools that process data

We use these service providers: WhatsApp (for booking calls and messages), FormSubmit (for the contact form, which forwards your message to our email), Cloudflare Pages (website hosting) and our email provider. If you accept cookies, we may also use Google Ads, Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Some of these providers may process data outside Israel, for example in the US.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to you, to hold the call you booked, to send quotes you ask for, and, if you accept cookies, to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner (see "Your rights" below).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers listed above, to run this website and our business, and authorities if the law requires it.

Cookie choices

Advertising and analytics tags do not load until you accept them. If you decline, we only use what is needed for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also opt out of personalized ads in your Google and LinkedIn account settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email noam@risingsparkit.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

Israeli law

We process personal information in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its amendments, including Amendment 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
